Intent to Purchase
The statement of intent to be completed as shown below is not legally binding, it will be treated as data supplied only for information and registration, on the basis of which MOL PLC and the organization forwarding the registered data will initiate actual negotiations in connection with sale-and-purchase or lease transactions in given cases.
MOL Group obligates itself that it will handle all data submitted and returned, respectively, for registration confidentially and compliance with the applicable stipulations of the act on the protection of private data, will not make them accessible to any third party, will not register these data in any other database and use them exclusively in connection with the sale or lease of properties. MOL PLC undertakes to delete the data brought to its knowledge in this way from its records upon the request of those putting these data at its disposal.
