MOL Treasury shares transaction

MOL Plc. hereby informs capital market participants, that on 10 September 2009, based on the announcement made on 10 September 2009, MOL sold 47,369 treasury shares at an average price of 14,255 HUF/share on the Budapest Stock Exchange through ING Bank N.V. Hungary Branch as investment service provider. Following this transaction MOL owns 7,505,505 “A“series and 578 "C" series ordinary shares.
