Personnel change at MOL

MOL Hungarian Oil and Gas company hereby announces that as of 1 April 2005, Dr József Szórád will relinquish his position as Managing Director of the Retail Services division. Dr Szórád will continue his work at MOL as a chief advisor to the Chairman-CEO.

Mr. Slavomir Jankovic, to date the manager of MOL’s retail business in the Southern Region, has been appointed to the position of acting Managing Director of the Retail Services division from 1 April, 2005.
