MOL Hungarian Oil and Gas Public Limited Company sold 1,404,217 Series “A” Ordinary Shares of MOL to BNP Paribas SA at a price of HUF 24,350 per share on April 11 2006, on the Budapest Stock Exchange, in line with the announcement made on April 10 2006. After the settlement MOL will have no Series “A” Ordinary Shares and 578 Series “C” Ordinary Shares in treasury.
