Share sale of MOL manager

Iain Paterson, member of the Board of Directors of MOL sold 2,921 MOL shares at HUF 22,017 on average on the Budapest Stock Exchange on 27 April 2007, with the assistance of Concorde Securities Ltd. as investment service provider. After the transaction Iain Paterson owns 6,000 MOL shares.
