MOL Plc. hereby informs capital market participants that on 4 July 2007 it lent and transferred 9,379,116 treasury shares to MFB Invest Zrt. according to the lending agreement announced on 3 July 2007. Following the transaction MOL owns 1,208,574 "A" series and 578 "C" series ordinary shares
