Dr. Sándor Csányi, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of MOL sold 866 MOL shares at HUF 19,500 on average on the Budapest Stock Exchange on 7 July 2008, with the assistance of MKB Bank Ltd. as investment service provider. After the transaction Dr. Sándor Csányi owns 11,587 MOL shares.
