Dr. Sándor Csányi, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of MOL sold 7,587 MOL shares at HUF 19,789 on average on the Budapest Stock Exchange on 9 July 2008, with the assistance of MKB Bank Ltd. as investment service provider. After the transaction Dr. Sándor Csányi owns 12,453 MOL shares.
