MOL AGM – press registration required

MOL will hold its 2007 AGM on 23rd April 2008 at the Danubius Thermal & Conference Hotel Helia in Budapest. If you would like to attend the event please register your interest by contacting Gyorgyi Zachar on gyorgyi.zachar@eurolex.hu no later than 12am 21st April, 2008. Please provide your name and publication name.

Important remarks:

Due to organizational and technical reasons space is limited and seat will be allocated on a first come first serve basis. There will be the possibility for journalists to observe the AGM via a video conference with simultaneous translation in a secondary room. After the AGM there will be a press announcement and a short Q&A session. It will not be possible to conduct interviews during the AGM.

The official language of the AGM will be Hungarian; the supportive language will be English.

Due to legal reasons filming and photographing will not be allowed during the AGM. During the press briefing afterwards, photos will be allowed.
