MOL has received Surgutneftegas’s further request related to the judicial supervision

MOL Plc. hereby informs the capital market participants that OJSC Surgutneftegas, in the course of the judicial supervision against the Company initiated by OJSC Surgutneftegas because of the refusal of it’s registration into the share register of the Company, filed a request to the Metropolitan Court of Registration to make void all resolutions made by the Annual General Meeting held on April 23 2009.
