Share sale of MOL manager

Lajos Alács, Head of gas and power division of MOL sold 568 MOL shares at HUF 10,200 on average on the Budapest Stock Exchange on 29 April 2009, with the assistance of OTP Bank Plc. as investment service provider. After the transaction Lajos Alács owns 20,800 MOL shares.
