In order to complete our corporate mission, and achieve maximal customer satisfaction, we are operating various supporting systems of customer relationship management.

Customer Service Centre

Our customer service centre handle various kinds of issues like purchase orders, providing information, billing and handling customer claims. This one channel communication makes administration time effective and productive.

Professional lubricating advisory team

A group of mechanical engineers are always eager to answer lubrication related questions of automotive or industrial customers, supporting them by either offering the most beneficial solution or to choose the most suitable product.

Monitoring customer satisfaction

The Lubricants Division believes, that only those companies that are ready to listen to and monitor customer requirements can compete successfully; we are therefore executing detailed customer satisfaction survey on an annual basis and improving our operation based on the findings.

Customer satisfaction survey has been executed on core markets in 2009 as well. Divisional results are slightly better than it were in the previous years; divisional average is 4.5 on a five grade scale. Results of all segments and countries are showing constantly improving tendency.
