Commitment to fair employment

As Hungary has joined the UN Universal Declaration of Human Rights, ILO Tripartite Declaration of Principles concerning Multinational Enterprises and Social Policy and OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises, MOL Group considers these issues as compulsory codes.

We are committed to supporting the ten key principles of the UNDP Global Compact with respect to human rights, labour rights, protection of the environment and fighting corruption. These values, therefore, have been integrated into our strategy, culture and everyday operations; moreover, we try to promote them within our sphere of influence.

The principles in our Code of Ethics are harmonized with the declarations of the above-mentioned agreements, and all MOL Group-companies have to comply with the Code.
