Training events for competency assurance

Training events that support safe and effective daily operations and that are in line with authority regulations, job requirements or internal guidelines serve as the basis of our development system. These training events cover topics such as work safety, HSE, IT safety, etc.

Our e-learning system, which is based on Intranet, was launched in 1998. It works as a platform for employee internal training in various forms: virtual education (headed by a teacher through web cameras supported by chat function), exams, optional training events and the administration of the certificates. Using e-learning system our employees can schedule their trainings and exams flexibly; even learn the training materials in their native language (Hungarian, English, Slovak, Croatian, Romanian, Russian, German, Serbian, etc). Most IT training materials (e.g: SAP, E-commerce, IT security, Code of Ethics, etc.), the compulsory HSE and ethics training materials are already available in the application. TANNET differentiates between user roles through regulating access; it is able to utilise standardized e-learning materials but other files (Word, Excel, PDF, HTML, videos, iTutor etc.) can also be down-and uploaded.
