MOL - MasterM2010 Award

MOL Group is also very committed to the development and improvement of natural sciences education in Hungary’s secondary schools. Therefore, in 2010, MOL decided to establish the MOL MasterM Award. Its aim is to offer recognition of the professional efforts and outstanding performances of chemistry, physics and mathematics teachers who promote young talents.

These teachers received cash prizes and recognition based on the nominations of university students and undergraduates i.e. their former pupils.
Voting closed on 18 April with 160 nominations of a total of 115 teachers, not only from Hungary but also from around the Region.

MOL wishes to thank every student for selecting candidates! Every nomination helps the Group better understand such teachers and their valuable efforts. It was very gratifying to read the recommendations and it really warms the heart to see that pupils are so grateful towards and proud of so many conscientious and excellent pedagogues.

Finally, the professional jury decided to grant, pursuant to the nominations, the 2010 HUF 200 000 awards and diplomas of recognition to the following teachers:

Physics

The award-giving ceremony was organised in the Museum of Fine Arts on 10 June and all school directors and former students were invited. MOL wishes to thank them for their attendance!
