If you selected the MOL Gold and Silver fuel cards – recommended for businesses – then the Virtual Card Centre offers additional convenience functionality to our card-holding customers for managing their affairs via the internet.

You can modify your own and your card’s data directly in the card centre, run queries on your transactions, simply browse your invoices going back 3 months, and – needless to say – also order additional cards. Accessing the Virtual Card Centre is linked to registration, therefore if you do not have the necessary user name and password, you can register by completing and sending a form.

Operations that can be executed in the Virtual Card Centre are linked to various access rights privileges, and information about these follows:

Dedicated user

  • Only dedicated users are allowed to cancel the WEB-based service.
  • Amendment of correspondence, contact and financial staff related data
  • Configuration of cell-phone numbers and events associated with such (under development...)
  • Create, query, modify, delete users
  • Display own data
  • Modifying and querying card application, activation and suspension data
  • Quick list of transactions, querying itemised transaction reports
  • Downloading and displaying of invoice files and their attachments

Super user

  • Amendment of correspondence, contact and financial staff related data
  • Configuration of cell-phone numbers and events associated with such (under development...)
  • Display own data
