Declaration for legal entities

In case you and the shareholders belonging to the same shareholder group as yourself (in accordance with Article 10.1.2 of MOL’s Articles of Association) do not own at least 2,193,511 MOL shares on 9 July 2008, you have to fill in and send back the following declaration to KELER Zrt. (H-1075 Budapest Asbóth utca 9-11.).

In case you and the shareholders belonging to the same shareholder group as yourself (in accordance with Article 10.1.2 of MOL’s Articles of Association) owned at least 2,193,511 MOL shares on 9 July 2008, you have to fill in and send back the following declaration to KELER Zrt. (H-1075 Budapest Asbóth utca 9-11.).
