Declaration for private individuals

In case you (in accordance with Article 10.1.2 of MOL’s Articles of Association) do not own at least 2% of the capital shares i.e. 2,193,511 MOL shares, you have to fill in and send back the following declaration to KELER Zrt. (H-1075 Budapest Asbóth utca 9-11.).
