Registration of petroleum substances under REACH

The so-called REACH compliance is one of the most co-operative project task of MOL Group, in which all legal entities take parts.

As its name refers, REACH deals with Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and restriction of Chemical substances; it is the European Community Regulation on chemicals and their safe use. Our article gives brief review about the regulation, which holds and probably will hold significant challenges for MOL Group, similarly to other oil industrial companies.
