MOL Group Retail has successfully integrated aspects of sustainability into its strategy for the period of 2011-2015.
Inputs to compile such a strategy were the present environmental trends, the diverse economic background of our operations and world wide technological trends. With the help of a simplified activity map this study describes in detail Retail’s strategic plans and provides an approach where economic growth, environmental stewardship and social progress are equally balanced.
