In order to meet demand of the Present without making things impossible for the Future Generation, for the sake of maintainable development rules and decrees were put into force, Governmental programs, initiatives, regulations came into existence. European Council and European Parliament accepted and put into force REACH /Registration, Evaluation and Authorisation of Chemicals/ on the 1st of June, 2007 which is the new European legal regulation of the registration, evaluation, authorisation and limitation of Chemicals. This is the biggest contribution of the EU to the achievement of the targets of the Marrakesh procedure and the objectives of the SAICM. Higher responsibility is passed to the Chemical Industry by REACH. We introduce below those working processes of TVK Plc. and SPC s.r.o. operating in the Petrochemical Industry, which involve the introduction of REACH.
