APC optimization project in Fractionation unit of Algyô Gas plant

In Algyô Fractionation plant (Hungary) of MOL Hungarian Oil and Gas Company Emerson Process Management has executed an APC (Advanced Process Control) optimization project in order to reduce energy consumption.

The specialists of Emerson have reviewed the control structures, evaluated the prestep tests, and worked out the Functional and Detailed Designs. After the build phase of process models the APC blocks were started columns by columns.
