C9+ frakció elkeverésének lehetôségei a Dunai Finomítóban

As of January 1, 2008 maximum sulfur content of heating oils is 1000 mg/kg. With regard to this, I examined as an alternative the possibility of mixing the TVK produced C9+ fraction with heating oil in the Gasoil-mixing unit of Danube Refinery and it was clear that mixing these two materials would have several benefi ts.

I have defined the optimal recipe based on the quantity of C9+ fraction produced in TVK and the preliminary heating oil market demands in 2008. A study was made by DS Development department on the stability of C9+ and heating oil mixture and it confi rmed that these materials can be mixed. In this year, premium quality heating oils with 10 mg/kg sulfur will be launched on the Austrian and German markets. As the Danube Refinery produced heating oils are mainly marketed in these countries it is necessary to produce premium quality heating oil in Danube Refinery in order to preserve our competitiveness. Should this happen, desulphurization of heating oil components will become necessary to be able to meet diesel and heating oil market demands.
