Evaluation of the automatic process control (APC) efficiency in Duna Refinery

Advanced, multivariable, model-based predictive (APC) process control systems have been in operation at Duna Refinery since 1995.

In the beginning it was relatively simple to demonstrate the cost-effectiveness of these systems compared to previous operations without APC.
